We provide top quality Wushu and Taijiquan instruction. Our goal and intention is to help our students develop their highest potential and promote health, strength and harmony between mind, body and spirit.
HiiT FiT’s combat conditioning class is a workout that combines High Intense Interval Training (HiiT) and kickboxing techniques. Our circuit style workouts utilize body weight, medicine balls, dumbbells and heavy bags to build cardio, strength, balance and speed. Combat Conditioning is a non-contact workout.

User Friendly Pilates is a non-traditional approach integrating Pilates with Yoga, Dance, and principles of Feldenkrais® Somatic Education. Ernie Adams is a Certified Pilates Instructor and Feldenkrais Practitioner with an extensive background as a professional dancer.
